Exhibit: Celebrating Â鶹Éçmadou Staff
This collection of drawings highlights a vital group of people - those who bring Â鶹Éçmadou to life each and every day through their hard work and dedication. It's a celebration of the individuals who make the University what it is!
Martha set out to represent as many of the Â鶹Éçmadou staff members as possible, aiming to capture a broad range of roles and sectors from across the University.
As someone coming from outside Â鶹Éçmadou, Martha brought a fresh perspective, allowing her to notice and appreciate the small, meaningful interactions that shape day to day working life on campus.
Many of the people featured in this collection were met through spontaneous encounters as Martha immersed herself in the Â鶹Éçmadou experience - each one helping her portray the authentic essence of life at Â鶹Éçmadou.
